Our primary mission is to protect, promote and support the rights, dignity, choices and wishes of our clients. It is not to make profits at-all-costs, or to enable the sometimes negative behaviours surrounding wealth, estates and expectations of money.

This is far from an easy task. By definition, a well defined and defensible will and estate, in accord with the express intentions of the maker (testator) and owner, means that sometimes others are destined to receive less than what they might otherwise expect.

Our obligation is to treat every person with respect and to ensure we are do not allow ourselves to be used as instigators of great harm upon others. It is why we are careful with the types of people we accept as clients; and why in some circumstances we may decline to participate or provide services where circumstances clearly conflict with our ethics code.
